April 2024 Update

Greetings and salutations! Since the first quarter of 2024 is now behind us, I wanted to drop a quick update on the goings on with Norseman Creative. It has been a few weeks, but I have a great excuse: I was busy.

First, check out these nifty patches:

Perfect for your weight vest, plate carrier, dog jacket, back pack, car ceiling, patch collection, or other random field of hook and loop Velcro that you have laying around.

Next, Jenny and I spent a week and a half in New Zealand over spring break. It was a phenomenal trip that Jenny planned very well. Our trip will form the basis to revive the Adventures of Quickstride and Shambler series, which is exciting because we have had some adventures since the last installment. Some very interesting adventures. Exciting even.

Lake Wanaka, one of my favorite photos

Next, my work on The Dhofar Redemption continues, but in the interest in not giving away the whole damn thing for free, I will only be posting limited excerpts and updates here on the blog. I am also working on the third Norseman Consulting novel, and while I am not thrilled with my own progress on the manuscript so far, I will get it finished eventually. I do know where I want the story to go, and I will take my time getting there so I get it right. Right enough anyway.

Finally, I have a few more articles in the hopper covering my time at the Detachment, which has been a blast so far. Between articles about the Det, New Zealand, and a smattering of the Norseman Creative articles about guns and chapters from writing projects, I hope to keep the blog fairly well updated. I’ll try.

Visit the shop to support this habit. Buy a book, a patch, sticker, or a shirt. Tell your friends, and be on the lookout for an upcoming photo competition….
